This document describes how Huistechnica handles customers, orders and quality.

Product selection

We test every appliance in our own homes before adding it to the catalogue. We don't carry anything we wouldn't recommend to a friend.

Our prices include VAT and have no hidden fees. Temporary offers are clearly marked as such.

All products come with the statutory minimum 2-year warranty. For some brands we offer extended manufacturer warranty.

We answer questions the same business day. Complaints are handled within 5 business days.
